It has been my experience that all the folks, from the workers to the managers, at the Boaz, AL store have always been super friendly and very helpful to me. I don't fault the employees that some of the items HFT sells aren't the best quality or even "just okay" quality sometimes. I always check the ratings on their web-page as well as look for a YouTube video review if the cost is significant enough. Thanks guys!

Harbor Freight tools is a great place to shop if you are looking for that one tool that needs to do a short job. They do not have the quality tools that you would find with Craftsman, or Kobalt. If you purchase the extended warranty the will cover the tool if it goes bad. Also look for the 20% off coupon on your phone the next time you are in the check out line, and they will take it off at the register. No need to have a printed coupon!
