I have always had a positive experience and the staff is very helpful. The parts dept is well seasoned and take the time to look up old mower parts and are very respectful. Farmtown has more to choose from than most farm and feed supply stores. 5 stars in my opinion .

Bought a stihl chainsaw and stihl oil for the better extended warranty. Had some issues And carried back to farm town couple times. They said nothing was wrong. I did figure out the problem by doing research on stihl website. Being a stihl dealer, the technician should have been knowledgeable enough to tell me the solution, so he either didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care enough to take time to help a customer. A couple months later it just completely quit and the pistons were shot. They didnt honer the warranty, and wants to charge me almost as much as the saw costs to fix it.not long before i got the chain saw. I bought a stihl backpack sprayer and a stihl weedeater. Well over $500.00. Then the $300.00 chain saw. Not to mention, all the purchases my father and I have made over the past several years. You think they would stand behind a legitimate warranty and a long time loyal customer. But they won't. They're not the people or business the once were. A man is only as good as his word. They have forgot about that. I'm disappointed and will not ever do any business with them again.
I think the people on the counter are just like don't care, i walk in this morning to pick a repair and i smile saying hello, they where just not friendly to bad i like the store, i have to give my bussines someone else
