Lovely place, friendly atmosphere, good food.
Pudding cup literally not even half full. Should just say we are out of pudding. Call in order and still have to wait 15 minutes while cashier rings up 15 customers. Seems like they need more help. And who wants cream corn all over the other food?! Put in in a separate cup on to go order. Chicken sauce taste like bbq sauce, just nasty tasting.
Food is excellent. Staff is attentive and friendly. The only con was the a/c didn't seem to work very well.
Absolutely the best service and food in Marshall County, Al. If you live in adjoining counties, it would be worth your time to come to Boaz, Al. And eat at Grumpys.
Agreed to cater for our event and flaked on us at the last minute, leaving 120+ children hanging with no other food options. Would not return phone calls or talk to us in person leading up to the event. Completely unprofessional. Food was bland and tasteless. Wait staff was friendly in spite of the management's obviously substandard leadership.
