Well it was good experience besides the part where they don't deliver as far out as my house lol just lil humor I like domino's but I have to always order carry out but I understand I wouldn't drive to get it if it wasn't good eating right? Well I drive everytime. And I guess will continue to do so if I want domino's pizza. Overall great experience
I called to let the manager know of this error. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes then hung up on. I called back and got through to ask to speak with the site manager only to be told the manager was too busy to speak with me. I plan to avoid the Boaz Domino's in the future.
I ordered using the Domino's app for a carry out. No problem there. However, when I got home and checked my pizza, I had a few things wrong with my order. I asked for light cheese, but they put a normal amount on. They forgot one of the five toppings. And they forgot to cut the pizza.
Sooooo glad that Britt is managing Boaz again! I can't wait for great pizza again!
Had a good experience today the staff was working really hard and was behind but very nice and explained the situation which was totally understandable and acceptable. Kelly took good care of me and I appreciate the hospitality in the face of so much work stress.
