Go to the ER for vertigo bc it got so bad. They did several test and did nothing. They say it will run its course and go away eventually. That was in March!!!! Get a freaking $350 bill 5 to 6 months later for things my insurance doesn’t cover. How long does it take to know this?!?! Two months later get another bill. Then today get yet another bill. Can you be charged freaking 10 months after and never even known there were charges?!?!? Absolutely NO help with my problem. No meds no nothing but cost me about $700 on top of bcbs!! Bunch of rip offs!!! Ridiculous!!! This even after another terrible experience with my daughter needing crutches and they say “they are out”?!?!?! Your a freaking hospital!!! Sad this place is our only option for help locally. Terrible service even when you call in that place too. Just sad.
Had to wait in ER way to long when there were only 2 people ahead of me. 2 hrs. and still waiting.............. Still waiting going on 3 hrs. My review of 3 stars dropped quickly. Now 2 stars, because it seems they just don't have any organization. Edit 1 (1-1-2018): I took my stepdaughter to the ER yesterday and there wasn't a Dr. working. They had a P.A. and CRNP on duty. ER = Dr.?????
The younger girl that work in the phlebotomy/lab on the lower level is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. I was in to have my blood taken and when I walked in she snatched the paper out of my hand without saying a word. After that she questioned me on filling out a form right, although it was correct. Then, when I was going to leave she said have a good day and I said it back and she let out the rudest snicker. Sorry but it was a very unpleasant experience that left my blood boiling. If you hate your job that much or hate dealing with People, find somewhere else to go. PLEASE. The other older lady in the lab was super nice and helpful.
Just took my one year old in and no docter came to see us the nurses were rude and refuse to give my daughter medicine and argued eith us when clearly she has so much drainedge she needs a steroid to clear it up they have given one to her before and this is the same issue and we were dismissed and treated very badley on top of it we sat there a total of 4 hours for nothing !
Google needs a zero star option for places like this Marshall Medicaid south sucks first of all they have the entrance all tore up have to park like a mile from the Er entrance wow a hospital that you can't get into came to er because of numbness all down left side and slurred speech they don't care about patients just $$$$$ been here 6 hrs finally nurse came in to do and iv then another nurse came and got the first one before she even done the Iv there both across the hall laughing the first nurse hugging on some guy I'm so glad they take pride in their patients I guess I'll be here till 3 am or later if i don't die lol because they don't, won't let you know anything I guess because they are to busy laughing and hugging BEWARE DONT COME HERE pass on bye
