Adam Berry has got to be one of the most patient people I know. I am indecisive and completely stress out over everything. When I finally decided what I wanted he took my info and sent me to lunch and told me to relax. When I got back he had papers ready for me to sign. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
Do not buy a used vehicle here, mis represented the vehicle, was told by a representative what the truck was and I trusted them but that was a huge mistake, they basically finessed me out of about 5k. Ruined my future car buying experience from a dealer. Will never wasted my time or money here again. And if you try to talk to someone about your issues in a calm respectful way don't expect to have any respect back, especially from the salesman Danny. I am extremely bothered by my experience. Anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle here I highly recommend you take my word for it and shop somewhere else. They are clearly only about the money and not customer satisfaction
I bought a brand new 2018 Equinox and love it!! Tyler Hooper was my sales associate, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. Brian Norris in finance was excellent, he got me a payment that I could handle. Everyone there is outstanding!!
The service person was very prompt. He said, they heard the noise, but would need the car longer. He didn't want to wait, since it was late in the day. (My appointment was at 2pm) He suggested I bring it back, at my convenience. I have delt with dealerships in the past, who to be honest, didnt show concern for their customers.. It was refreshing
They provide, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I used Danny Williams, however the entire staff was more than friendly and helpful. I discussed most of what I needed over the phone, and I was in and out with our new truck in probably less than an hour. Great job guys!
